Privacy
Prtytime is a small party-invite app: a personal, non-commercial project, not a business. We keep only what it needs to work, we never sell it, and there are no ads or trackers. Using it also means agreeing to our Terms.
If you RSVP as a guest
- We store your full name, your answer, how many are coming, and what you wrote under “bringing” and “allergies”.
- Everyone with the invite link sees your first name, answer, bringing and allergies. That's how guests coordinate, so only share what you're happy for the group to see.
- Only the host sees your full name.
- A cookie on your device remembers you for that party. It's needed for the app to work; there are no tracking cookies.
- You can remove your RSVP at any time from the invite page (“Remove my RSVP”). The host can also remove it.
If you host
- Host accounts are invite-only, and hosts must be 18 or older.
- We store your email, a securely hashed password, the parties you create, and when you agreed to the Terms.
- A sign-in cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days.
- You can delete a party, or your whole account and all your parties, at any time from your account page.
Where it lives
Everything is stored with Cloudflare, which runs the site. Deleted data is gone from the live database right away and from backups within 30 days. We use limited request information (like your IP address) only to block abuse.
